This is a character that I drew during Biology in school because I was MAD BORED! He ended up coming out really nice (in my opinion) and gave me some new plot ideas for my new series currently dubbed "New Project A". So he is a main villian character in it. Some basics about him are that he is " very educated man who seems to have figured out that the world is nothing but a cruel and unending place of unhappiness". He is sort of a wandering prophet and mighty sadistic if you ask me.

(Sorry about the more than usually horrible shoe design - I really need to figure out how to draw shoes)
